If u are tired of your rough skin , and worried about it ? then don't be upset we are here to help you :)
Skin becomes rough in older age , wrinkles , dark spots ,dullness became very much visible . It also happen when u do not take care of your health. If we do not eat balanced diet then we will face trouble . Now a days , We have become very much busy that we   forgot to take care of ourselves .
Here are some homemade tips for healthy skin .
1=Drink a plenty of water in a day (10  to 15 glass )
2=Drink milk before going to bed at night
3=Eat a full bowl of salad before any intake of heavy food .
4=Use of lemon juice is very much good for health too .
5=Eat much fruit as u can .(in daily routine )
6=Don't use much soap on your face .

We have started ignoring these little things , that's why we are facing such skin problem .Stop being lazy .
